Our Story

Event Solutions Productions started with a passion for bringing people together. Founder Sheila Dizon-Burns began planning events as a creative hobby. What began as a passion project quickly grew through referrals into a full-service event production company, now specializing in event planning, production, floral design, staffing, catering, venue sourcing, and unforgettable guest experiences.

Sheila Dizon-Burns

Founder & CEO

Sheila Dizon-Burns is the force behind Event Solutions. She combines creative vision with sharp business instincts, helping clients maximize their budgets without compromising on style or experience. Known for her collaborative leadership, strong vendor relationships, and skilled negotiation, Sheila is passionate about creating events that are beautifully designed, thoughtfully executed, and enjoyable for everyone involved, including her team.

Outside of work, you’ll find her traveling the globe, exploring new cuisines, enjoying a vodka martini, or spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two pugs, Benjamin and Franklin.

Blake

Executive Event Producer

Blake brings a strong background in event production and design, transforming creative ideas into reality. She leads floor plan development, creative direction, and on-site event management while overseeing our event production team and designers to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. Her creativity and design expertise help turn renderings into reality, bringing each vision to life with precision and ensuring the Event Solutions team delivers exceptional experiences.

Justina

Event Experience Director

Justina is passionate about creating seamless, stress-free events from start to finish. As Event Experience Director, she leads client communication, event planning, staffing coordination, and on-site event management to ensure every event is executed with precision and care. Working closely with clients, venues, vendors, and event teams, Justina brings organization, creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences.

Will

Catering Concierge Director

Will curates exceptional dining experiences that bring every event to life. He works closely with clients to recommend menus, coordinate catering partners, and oversee every food and beverage detail. From intimate gatherings to large-scale events, Will ensures each culinary experience is thoughtfully planned, flawlessly executed, and perfectly complements the overall event.

Lennie

Event Experience Specialist

Lennie is dedicated to making every event run smoothly from start to finish. She supports the planning team with event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. Her vibrant personality, positive attitude, keen attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever needed help create seamless experiences for both clients and guests. Lennie takes pride in ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed so each event feels effortless, polished, and memorable.

Event Experience Specialist

Alex brings a unique perspective and a genuine passion for events. He supports the event planning process, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly. His experience in catering and wedding planning brings valuable insight to each event, helping our clients enjoy a well-organized celebration.

Derek is a hands-on event professional with a background in catering and a passion for event logistics. He keeps every event running smoothly from setup to breakdown with a solutions-driven mindset, strong work ethic, and positive attitude. A true go-getter and car enthusiast, Derek is always ready to tackle challenges and ensure every event is executed seamlessly.

Marketing & Content Director

Joie brings the Event Solutions Productions brand to life. As the creative force behind the scenes, she leads our marketing, branding, and visual storytelling. She develops marketing campaigns, manages our social media strategy, and designs event collateral that reflects each client’s vision. From digital content and branded materials to event signage and promotional assets, Joie ensures every touchpoint is polished, engaging, and beautifully aligned with our brand.

Brand Story Telling Manager

Nicole has a passion for storytelling through digital content. She creates engaging social media that showcases the Event Solutions brand and brings every event to life online. Whether she’s behind the camera capturing key moments or on-site supporting the team, Nicole has a keen eye for detail that elevates the final experience. Her creativity and thoughtful approach ensure every event is beautifully captured and remembered long after the celebration ends.

Creative Floral Director

Nancy brings an artistic eye and timeless design aesthetic to every event. She transforms spaces with stunning floral bouquets, elegant centerpieces, statement entrances, and breathtaking ceiling installations. Known for her creative vision and attention to detail, Nancy creates custom floral designs that reflect each client’s unique style and leave guests saying, “Wow.”

Executive Culinary Director

With a culinary career spanning some of the Bay Area's respected restaurants and catering companies, Chef Oscar brings passion and expertise to every event. He specializes in crafting menus that combine exceptional flavor with beautiful presentation, ensuring every dining experience is as memorable as the event itself. Chef Oscar's commitment to quality, creativity, and innovation results in delicious culinary experiences.

Moira

Studio Manager

Moira keeps the Event Solutions studio running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages inventory, schedules meetings, oversees calendars, coordinates client invoicing, and ensures the team has the supplies and resources needed for every event. Beyond the studio, Moira also supports our on-site event team, helping bring each event together with organization, reliability, and attention to detail. Her behind-the-scenes leadership keeps both our office and events operating seamlessly.

Charlie

Engagement Experience Coordinator

Charlie is our resident entertainer. He stays ahead of the latest interactive activations and develops fresh, creative ideas that bring each client’s vision to life. From brainstorming unique experiences to managing every on-site activation, Charlie ensures every guest is engaged, entertained, and immersed in the event. He’s proudly known as the King of Fun, bringing creativity, energy, and excitement to every celebration.
